The three-course menu, which will be offered by the Executive Chef of the refined Mediterranean Restaurant CAPO, is inspired by the culinary traditions and typical tastes of the Ribera del Duero region of Spain and includes selected gourmet Spanish dishes, perfectly pairing with the unique features of the emblematic Tempranillo and the precise sommelier suggestions of the three red wines from Bodegas Peñafalcón. The three-course Dinner Menu includes: Tapas selection/ Selección de tapas, Peñafiel traditional recipe Lamb Knuckle Roasted on slow fire, Tortas Españolas de tres chocolates & the tasting of a premium quality Spanish extra virgin olive oil from the century old olive trees of the Torres Family Mansion “Finca de los Desterrados”.
